Introduction to High air pressure DTH drill bits

SDK is in the position to offer a very comprehensive range of DTH drill bits to match various conceivable drilling applications. DTH (Down the Hole) drill bits, also called spline connected drill bit, are widely used for large scale mine (open and underground), open quarry, water-well drilling, tunnel, geothermal drilling, subway engineering drilling, roads, power stations, and other construction projects. Our drill bits adopt special heat treatment technology to enhance hardness, surface-compressed for fatigue resistance, all thus to extend the product life for maximum wear and performance in the toughest of drilling conditions.

• Raw material: premium quality nickel-alloy steel 23CrNi3Mo and YK 05 tungsten carbide

• High air pressure DTH drill bits diameter: 85-280mm

• Working pressure: 10-30bar mm

• High air pressure Shank types: DHD, COP, Mission, QL, SD etc.

• Bit face types: flat face, drop center, concave face, convex face

• Carbide button shapes: sphercial button, parabolic/semi-ballistic button, ballistic button, sharp button, flat button

• Rock Applications: very hard and abrasive rock formation, medium-hard and homogeneous formation, soft rock and fissured rock formationss
